Summary
An angiotensin IV analogue with neurogenic effects. Widely cited as the most potent cognitive enhancer in the peptide space — users describe "leg day for the mind".
A Russian-developed short neuropeptide derived from ACTH, used clinically in Russia for stroke and cognitive deficits. Popular among biohackers for focus and stress resilience.
Mechanism
DIHEXA augments hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) / c-Met signalling, driving dendritic spine formation and new synaptic connections in the hippocampus.
Semax modulates dopamine and serotonin systems, upregulates BDNF, and has neuroprotective effects. Administered intranasally for direct CNS penetration.
