Summary

Mechanism
Semax modulates dopamine and serotonin systems, upregulates BDNF, and has neuroprotective effects. Administered intranasally for direct CNS penetration.
Selank modulates GABA-ergic and serotonergic systems and upregulates BDNF. Unlike benzodiazepines it doesn't cause sedation or dependence.
