§ 02 — Abstract
An ERRα/β/γ pan-agonist that mimics the metabolic effects of exercise by activating oxidative-phosphorylation gene programs. Early-stage — animal data extraordinary, human data pending.
SLU-PP-332 activates oestrogen-related receptors (ERRα, ERRβ, ERRγ), upregulating the gene set responsible for fat oxidation, mitochondrial biogenesis, and skeletal-muscle endurance — effectively an "exercise mimetic."
